DME Radar
Paste a DMEPOS remittance and the radar surfaces the money quietly left on the table: units paid short, a lower HCPCS swapped in, same-or-similar denials, and capped-rental miscounts. Every dollar is the real billed-minus-paid read from your 835, every flag cites its CMS / DME-MAC rule, and it all runs on your device with no PHI.
Your payers vs practices like yours: are they undercutting you? Drop your NPI — 30 seconds, no PHI, no card — and see it code by code against your local-peer median.
13-month capped-rental calendar
Standard DMEPOS capped-rental items rent for 13 continuous months; after the 13th payment, title transfers to the beneficiary. Prep in months 10–11 and watch for same-or-similar denials.
Standard capped-rental lifecycle (CMS Pub. 100-04). Oxygen + oxygen equipment follow a separate 36-month cap. Confirm the item’s category + your MAC’s current policy. Reference only, not billing advice.
