Step 01 · Contact

Who we're building this for

So we can personalize your analysis and send confirmation when it's ready.

Step 02 · Provider NPIs

Paste or upload your NPI list

One NPI per line, or upload a CSV. These are the 10-digit provider identification numbers (public identifiers — no PHI). We match them against the federal NPI Registry, CMS fee schedules, and our payer benchmark index.

No NPIs added yet
Where to find NPIs: Look up any provider at nppes.cms.hhs.gov using name, address, or tax ID. Every provider has one — 10 digits, starts with 1. Your billing system (Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, etc.) can export them in bulk.
📋
Drop your CSV here or click to browse
Any CSV with NPI numbers. We look for a column named npi, NPI, or the first numeric-looking column.
Step 03 · 835 Remittance Files — Clean Room (Optional · Strongly Recommended)

Run your 835s through our Clean Room

This is a separate tool — takes about 2 minutes. Your 835 ERA files go in, patient info never leaves your machine, and only the rate observations (payer + code + what was paid) get sent to us. No paperwork. No BAA. No risk. Then come back here to finish submitting.

How it works — 3 steps in your browser
    1
Drop your ERA / 835 files into the tool
Export them from your billing system first: Kareo → Payments → ERA Management → Export. AdvancedMD → Reports → ERA/835. Waystar → Remittances → Download ERA. Availity or Change Healthcare → Reports → Batch ERA download.
    2
Watch it scrub — live counter, in your browser
Patient names, member IDs, dates of birth, claim numbers — stripped from the file on your machine before anything is transmitted. You see a live count of what's being removed. Only rate observations leave: payer, procedure code, allowed amount. Nothing else.
    3
Review the summary and approve — one click
You see exactly what will be sent: X payers, Y procedure codes, Z rate observations. You approve. We receive the clean data and your underpayment pattern is visible within the hour. You also get a full recovery worklist — stayed on your machine.
No BAA required — by architecture. Under HHS guidance (45 CFR 164.514(b)), de-identified data is not PHI. A vendor that never accesses PHI is not a Business Associate (HHS FAQ 256). The compliance wall doesn't get negotiated away here — it never attaches.

    🔬
Complete the Clean Room first, then come back here and finish submitting your NPIs above.
The Clean Room sends your rate data to us automatically when you approve — you don't need to attach anything here.
    Step 04 · Context (Optional)

Anything we should know going in?

Specific payers you're struggling with, codes you want us to focus on, contract renewal windows, specialties in the mix — drop anything here that helps us make the analysis sharper.

You'll receive a confirmation email. We'll reach out if we need anything before the call.

What We Build Before The Call
Everything is live when we connect.

Every deliverable below is built from your actual NPIs against real payer-published contracted rates and your own 835 data. Not a demo. Not sample data. Your rates, your payers, your gap.

What the average pilot surfaces in the first 30 days

Based on analysis across billing companies and MSOs in our beta cohort. Actual numbers will vary — often significantly higher — depending on specialty mix, geography, and payer concentration.

$4,200Avg opportunity per NPI per year identified
3.1 payersAvg underpaying systematically across the book
6 CPTsAvg codes with actionable rate gap ≥ 15%
    Live on call 🎯
    Per-NPI Rate Score
RateScore™ for every provider in your book
Each NPI scored 1–10 against local peer benchmarks for their exact specialty. Score = where their negotiated rates land relative to peers in their market. The lower the score, the higher the opportunity. You'll see every provider ranked at a glance.
    Live on call 📊
    Payer Gap Map
Which payers are underpaying — and by how much
Every payer your NPIs are contracted with, mapped against the peer benchmark for their top CPT codes. Color-coded: green = at or above benchmark, yellow = 10–20% below, red = 20%+ below. One view to see exactly where the leverage is.
    Live on call 💰
    Total Opportunity Estimate
Documented annual dollar opportunity across the book
We multiply the rate gap per CPT × CMS volume data for your specialty and geography → total documented opportunity per NPI per year. Rolled up to a portfolio total. This is what you can take into a payer negotiation as documented evidence.
    Live on call 🗂️
    CPT Code Deep Dive
Top codes ranked by dollar opportunity
For each NPI, the top CPT codes with the largest rate gap sorted by impact. Includes: your current rate, peer P25/P50/P75, the gap in dollars, and estimated annual impact at your volume. This is the shortlist your team takes to the renegotiation.
    Live on call 📋
    Leverage Memo
Payer-ready negotiation brief for your top opportunity
A formatted, payer-ready document for your #1 rate gap. Cites peer benchmarks, documents the gap, states the ask. Written to be attached to a payer renegotiation request without modification. We prepare one per pilot — more on expansion.
    Live on call 📅
    Renewal Calendar
Upcoming contract renewal windows across the book
Where contract data exists in the federal TiC filings, we surface expiration dates. You'll see which NPIs have upcoming renewal windows — those are the leverage moments where the negotiation is expected, and payers can't stall. Priority-ranked by dollar opportunity.
    Requires 835 🔬
    835 Reconciliation Report
What payers promised vs. what they actually paid
We compare your 835 allowed amounts to the contracted rates we've indexed for the same CPT + payer combinations. Systematic underpayment shows up as a payer consistently paying below their own published contracted rate — different from a rate gap, and in some cases recoverable retroactively.
    Requires 835
    Adjudication Pattern Scan
    Systematic CO-45 / CO-97 patterns by payer
We scan your 835 adjustment reason codes for patterns. CO-45 (charges exceed fee schedule) and CO-97 (service included in another payment) are the two most common systematic underpayment reasons. A pattern = a denial strategy. We surface which payers are using which reason codes and how often.
    Requires 835 📈
    Collection Rate Map
Actual collection rate by payer vs. expected
From your 835 claim-level data: billed vs. paid per payer. We show you which payers are collecting at the expected rate and which are systematically short. Useful for internal reporting and as evidence in payer negotiations — "your collection rate from Payer X is 72%, your contract calls for 84%."
    Live on call 🖥️
    Live Dashboard Access
Full platform access, all NPIs unlocked — pilot window
Every NPI, every payer, every CPT — live in the dashboard for your pilot window. You can run new NPIs, download reports, share views with your team. This is the full product, not a sandbox. We walk through it together on the call so you know exactly how to use it.
    How The Call Goes

Tomorrow's agenda — built around your results

The call runs about 45–60 minutes. No slides. No generic demos. We open your actual dashboard and walk through your numbers together.
